Professionalism/Service/Results
My start in Real Estate was a long process; I first worked for a large real estate company in an administrative position. Answering the phone, typing realtor feature sheets, and working with the public were among some of my duties. Little did I know at the time I was learning about the whole real estate process from the ground up. Soon I became a personal assistant for a Realtor. She was very busy and through her I learned so much about the whole process. I was very naive when I started; I assumed Real estate was no more than selling a house and helping someone find a house. Wow, did I learn a lot. The good Realtors, learn about the person they are representing, I am responsible for helping someone make one of the most important financial decisions in their life. It is not a task I take lightly. During the process you can see the worst of people and the best of people. Their reasons for selling or buying are not always a happy time in their lives. My job is to provide the best information I possibly can, to enable and empower my client with knowledge. With knowledge of the entire process brings comfort. As you all know, change is a very difficult thing, it is my job to make your change as smooth as possible.
After two years of working for the busy Realtor I obtained my own Real Estate License and with her blessing I started working for myself. To further help my clients I finished six very challenging Real Estate Courses to obtain my Associate Broker status. This has given me extra education over and above the Real Estate Agent’s courses.
I have now been a Realtor/Associate Broker for over ten years. I am blessed by the people I have met and look forward to meeting new people all the time. My own Real Estate Assistant came to join me nine years ago, we are quite a team, this young girl has been my rock and my light, she is always up to new challenges and has seen more homes then most people will in a lifetime. As a single mom, it is sometimes a challenge, but with my assistant, yes my nine year old daughter, I feel I can accomplish anything.
If you call or email me for information, on buying or selling, be prepared for a lot of questions, I really want to know about you and yours, as I feel it is more important than your price range. This information helps me get to know you so that I can structure and tailor the whole selling and buying process to suit each individual.
